tRez, Tinkon Group'un işlettiği restoranın rezervasyon panelidir. Uygulama şirket personeline yöneliktir; herkese açık üyelik yoktur ve uygulamaya yalnızca tarafımızdan verilen hesapla girilir. Misafirler bu uygulamayı kullanmaz.
Kart bilgisi bu uygulamaya hiçbir şekilde girilmez. Kapora tahsilatı ayrı bir ödeme sağlayıcısının kendi güvenli sayfasında yapılır; uygulamaya yalnızca tutar ve işlem sonucu gelir. Uygulama içi satın alma ya da uygulama içinde ödeme işleme yoktur.
Kamera ya da fotoğraf arşivi erişimi yalnızca siz bir belge/görsel eklemek istediğinizde, sizin başlattığınız anda kullanılır; arka planda erişim yoktur.
Uygulama konum bilgisi kullanmaz ve konum izni istemez.
Veriler satılmaz, reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Veriler Tinkon'un kendi sunucularında barındırılır. Uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklam ya da analitik (izleme) bileşeni bulunmaz. WhatsApp mesajları, misafirle iletişimi kurmak için mesajlaşma altyapısı sağlayıcımız üzerinden iletilir.
Rezervasyon kayıtları işletme kaydı olarak tutulur. Personel hesabınız işten ayrılışta pasife alınır. Bir misafir kendi bilgilerinin silinmesini talep ederse [email protected] adresine yazması yeterlidir; kaydı yasal bir saklama yükümlülüğü yoksa silinir. Bildirim cihaz kimliği, uygulamadan çıkışta ya da bildirimleri kapattığınızda kaydımızdan düşer.

tRez is the reservation panel for the restaurant operated by Tinkon Group. The app is intended for company staff; there is no public sign-up and access requires an account issued by us. Guests do not use this app.
No card data is ever entered in this app. Deposits are collected on the secure page of a separate payment provider; the app only receives the amount and the result of the transaction. There is no in-app purchase and no payment processing inside the app.
Camera and photo access is used only while you choose to attach a file, at the moment you initiate it; there is no background access.
The app does not use location and never requests location permission.
Data is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared with third parties. Data is hosted on Tinkon's own servers. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics (tracking) components. WhatsApp messages are delivered through our messaging infrastructure provider in order to reach the guest.
Reservation records are retained as business records. Staff accounts are deactivated when employment ends. A guest may request deletion of their details by e-mailing [email protected]; the record is deleted unless we are under a legal retention obligation. The notification device token is removed when you sign out of the app or turn notifications off.
